At the honey contest, it has won several top awards. It comes from the Leatherwood tree, a rare understorey tree native to Tasmania’s ancient rainforests, which takes a hundred years to bloom. Rich in antioxidants, it is characterized by its strong floral scent.

Ross, who runs a small family beekeeping business, operates in forests including World Heritage-listed wilderness, focusing on producing raw honey, mainly Manuka and Leatherwood. He also engages in rescuing and rearing bees for colony splits.

Australia’s Tasmania Island has been designated as a zero point for environmental pollution by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and the honey harvested only from its apiaries is 100% natural and pure. Extracted at low temperatures and minimally filtered, each bottle is meticulously packaged. It boasts high sterilization effects, regulates intestinal flora, and is highly prized for its anti-aging properties.
During the cold winter months, when the temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius, crystallization begins. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of honey. Crystallization is a hallmark of 100% natural honey. You can consume it without melting. If you need to melt it, open the lid and immerse the bottle halfway in lukewarm water at 40°C for 30 minutes. It will gradually melt. Please note that changes in temperature may alter the taste.
※ Please do not give honey to infants under one year old, as there is a risk of infant botulism.
